中国农村劳动力就业空间行为研究

Analysis on Spatial Employment Behavior of Rural Labor Force in China

人类的空间行为是行为地理学研究的重要内容.目前,行为地理学对消费者空间行为和旅游者空间行为的研究较多,就业行为作为农村劳动力的重要空间行为还没有引起学者们的广泛关注.通过对中国农村劳动力就业感知行为、就业决策选择行为、就业行为、就业体验行为的分析,认为:农村劳动力就业空间行为就是指与劳动力就业空间选择有关的感知、决策、行为及体验,这4个过程是紧密联系的一个统一体.对农村劳动力就业空间行为的研究有利于深入认识中国农村劳动力就业的现状与问题,可以为相关政策的制定提供理论与现实依据.

In the field of behavioral geography,much attention has been paid to the behaviors with respect to consumers and tourists.By now,as one of most important spatial behaviors of rural labor force,the employment behavior of this particular group has not received enough concern by related scholars.Focusing on China′s rural labor force,this article presents a deep analysis on its employment perceptions,decisions,behaviors and experiences.
