摘要
菜油与甲醇在４０～６０℃下反应２ｈ，再在１２０℃下与乙醇胺反应３～５ｈ，然后与顺酐在１２０℃下酯化３ｈ。产物在６０～８０℃下与ＮａＨＳＯ３反应６～８ｈ，再加入适量的氯化石蜡搅拌均匀，复配成ＬＷＦ加脂剂。
Rape oil is reacted with methanol at 40-60℃ for 2h, with ethanolamine at 120℃ for 3-5h, and then esterified with maleic anhydride at 120℃ for 3h. The product is reacted with NaHSO 3 at 60-80℃ for 6-8h, and added by a suitable amount of chlorinated paraffin, stirred uniformly, and finally compounded into the title fatliquor LWF.
