Study on Synthetic Phosphated Fatliquoring Agent

植物油与乙醇胺在氮气保护下于１２０～１５０℃下进行酰胺化反应３ｈ，然后在４５～８０℃下以Ｐ２Ｏ５为磷酸化剂反应５ｈ，合成磷酸酯，再以三乙醇胺为中和剂调ｐＨ６．０～８．０，最后在６０～９０℃下与氯化石蜡、高碳醇等混配成加脂剂。该加脂剂用后手感柔软，不油腻，白色革不泛黄。

Vegetable oil is, under nitrogen protection, reacted with ethanolamine at 120-150℃ for 3h, and amidated, then reacted with P 2O 5 as a phosphorylating agent for 5h to synthesize phosphate, followed by the adjustment of pH to 6 0-8.0 with triethanolamine as a neutralizing agent. The product is finally mixed with chlorinated paraffin, high_carbon alcohol, etc, at 60-90℃ to produce the title fatliquor. Leather fatliquoured with it has soft but no grasy hands, and no yellowing surface has been found for the white leathers, as well.
