摘要
在四口烧瓶中，加入ＴＤＩ、ＰＰＧ、ＨＯＡ、ＤＢＴ，边通氮气边搅拌，逐步升温至８０～８５℃，反应３ｈ，然后降温加入溶剂和中和剂，搅拌均匀后，加水乳化，蒸除溶剂后即得ＰＵ胶乳。该粘合剂用于制备再生革韧性高，耐弯曲，耐水性高。
TDI, PPG, HOA and DBT are put into a 4_mouth flask, stirred with nitrogen incoming, heated to 80-85℃ progressively, and reacted for 3h, followed by temperature decrease. The compound is added by solvent and neutralizer, stirred uniformly and emulsified by the addition of water, to obtain the PU latex after the solvent evaporation. The regenerated leather treated with this product has better flexibilities and water fastness.
