环境激素双酚A与DNA相互作用的电化学研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用电化学方法研究了双酚A与DNA间的相互作用。结果表明,DNA的存在使双酚A的氧化峰电流减小,且峰电位正移,双酚A与DNA的相互作用以嵌插作用为主。双链DNA(dsDNA)与双酚A的结合大于单链DNA(ssDNA),结合比为1∶4,结合常数β为1.35×1023。 The interaction between bisphinol A and DNA was investigated by electrochemical method.The results indicated that the oxidation peak currents of bisphenol A decreased and the peak potentials also shifted positively when adding DNA.Bisphenol A reacts with DNA mainly in a mode of intercalation.The interaction between bisphenol A and dsDNA was stronger than that of ssDNA.The combining ratio of bisphenol A to dsDNA was 1:4 with the combining constant as 1.35×10^23.
