指出了现代应急救援遇到的问题,并以某化肥厂液氨泄漏为例,阐述了事故量化分析在应急预案编制中的重要性,并指出了软件建模应注意的问题。
This paper points out the problems in modern emergency rescue.Taking the leaking of liquid ammonia in certain Chemical Fertilizer Plant as an example,the paper expatiates on the importance of quantitative analysis on accidents in emergency preplan.In the end,it also points out the problems which need to be focused on in software modeling.
