摘要
工艺安全管理是一种全生命周期的管理体系,主要目的是预防重大的工艺安全事故。本质安全设计是工艺安全管理的核心组成之一。着重讨论了建立中国炼化行业本质安全设计管理框架的几个要点。
Process safety management is a life cycle management system to prevent major process safety accidents.Inherent safety design is one of the core parts of process safety management.This paper mainly treats the major aspects of establishing management framework of inherent safety design in refineries and petrochemical industries in China.
