自体骨髓基质干细胞复合小牛骨植入治疗中青年股骨头坏死临床分析

摘要 目的 探讨中青年患者股骨头坏死保留股骨头的手术治疗方法.方法 对54例中青年股骨头坏死患者进行自体骨髓干细胞复合小牛骨植入治疗,并进行随访,通过手术前、后髋关节疼痛、功能评分及影像学检查进行分析比较,观察临床疗效.结果 术后疼痛视觉模拟评分较术前平均下降4.2分.术后Hsrris髋关节功能评分:优33例,良15例,差6例,优良率89%.术后X线片示股骨头坏死区密度均匀增高.结论 自体骨髓干细胞复合小牛骨植入是治疗中青年患者股骨头坏死的有效方法.
