摘要 长庆气田地面建设配套工程中,引进一套由SCADA系统和DCS系统组成的综合控制系统,在气田开发生产过程中得到较好应用。就气田状况、工艺过程、系统结构、系统功能及特点进行简单的叙述。并对系统的使用情况进行了简要的阐述。该套系统有如下特点:①将气田开发生产自动化与天然气处理工厂的自动控制结合为一个整体;②将各自独立的SCADA系统和DCS系统通过通信手段连接起来;③设置了管理终端;④人工输入部分井口数据方式和自动检测采集参数方式相结构。 Abstract A comprehensive control system imported, combining SCADA system and DCS system, has operated very well during the development of gasfield in surface auxiliary facility of Changqing gasfield. The status of gasfield, the process flow, the structure, the function and characteristic of system are briefly described. The application of system has been introduced. The characteristics of system include: (1) Combining the automatic control of development and production of gas field with that of natural gas process plant as a whole. (2) Connecting individual SCADA and DCS system through communication method. (3) Establishing management terminal. (4) Adopting both manually inputting part of well head and automatic inspection and data acquisition.
