Enhance the Core Competitiveness of High-Tech Industry in Jilin Province by Using the Strategy of Proprietary Intellectual Property Rights

自主知识产权与高技术产业核心竞争力之间有着密切的关系,拥有关键的具有自主知识产权的核心技术是增强企业核心竞争力的关键。近年来,吉林省高技术产业获得了长足发展,但与发达地区相比,依然发展滞后。其中突出的问题就是自主创新能力不强,没有太强的核心竞争力。因此,吉林省必须采用有效办法发展高技术企业自主知识产权,提升产业核心竞争力,促进高技术产业快速发展。

There is the close relationship between proprietary intellectual property and core competence of high-tech industry.Having key core technologies is the key to enhance core competence of the corporation.In recent years,the high-tech industry in Jilin province has developed rapidly,but still slow compared with the developed area.A key problem is the lack in independent innovation ability and strong core competence.So Jilin province must use a variety of methods to develop proprietary intellectual property rights of high technology companies,improve the industrial core competence and promote rapid development of high technology industry.
