摘要
柔性机库大门横梁结构在工作时会承受很大的冲击,所以对其结构进行强度校核非常有必要。本文采用ANSYS有限元软件先对柔性机库大门横梁结构进行三维建模,然后对结构在工作状态工况下进行静态分析与计算,得出结构在该工况下最大变形和应力出现的部位;验证应力是否符合材料强度要求。分析结果表明,大门横梁结构是安全可靠的,可以用于生产制造。
The beam-framework of flexible hangar door would be endure great impact in working, so it is necessary to check intensity. The paper studied beam-framework structure of soft hangar door by finite element analysis. A3-D calculated model for beam-framework structure of soft hangar door has been established. The structure is calculated with ANSYS software in working and its maximum deformation and stress including the position of deformation and stress under the load is figured out now and the intension of materials will be verified. The results indicates that the beam-framework of soft hangar door is safe and reliability, and it may been manufactured.
