沿空双巷窄煤柱应力与位移演化规律研究 被引量:17

摘要 为解决综放开采沿空双巷和窄煤柱难维护问题,根据某矿3406综放工作面工程地质和开采技术条件,运用FLAC3D对采动影响下沿空双巷窄煤柱应力与位移的演化规律进行了数值模拟研究.结果表明,巷间煤柱应力随采动升高,采面推过时突然降低,应力峰值向瓦斯巷侧转移;沿空煤柱中心区应力因采动单调升高,应力峰值位于瓦斯巷侧;采面推过前两煤柱位移均较小,沿空煤柱水平位移中性线因采动而向瓦斯巷侧移动.根据研究成果和该矿工程地质条件,成功地进行了工程实践,解决了该矿综放沿空双巷难维护的问题,对综放开采技术的发展有深远意义. It is difficult to maintain the double gob-side entries and the narrow coal pillar between them in fully mechanized top caving mining.In order to solve this problem,we study the evolution rules of stress and displacement with the mining effect of the narrow coal pillars between double gob-side entries based on geological and mining technical conditions on fully mechanized top caving face No.3406 in a coal mine by using FLAC3D.The results indicate that the stress of narrow coal pillar between the double gob-side increases monotonously with the working face mining,while it will decrease when the working face is being mined,and the position of the stress peak will transfer to the side near the gas roadway.The stress in the center of another narrow coal pillar increases monotonously and the stress peaks are near the gas roadway.The displacements of both coal pillars are small when the mining face does not pass the monitoring face and the positions of the neutral line of the horizontal displacement move to the side near the gas roadway.On the basis of geological conditions in this coal mine,the research results have been applied to engineering practice and successfully solved the supporting problem of the double gob-side entries,which is significant to the development of the sub-level caving mining technology.
