摘要
采用氯化烃化工艺和后偶联反应技术开发了一种氮含量高、热稳定性和氧化稳定性好的高相对分子质量的聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺分散剂。首先将聚异丁烯与马来酸酐在氯气存在下进行烃化,生成聚异丁烯基丁二酸酐;然后将烯酐与四乙烯五胺进行胺化。小试、中试和工业产品在MS程序ⅤD和ⅢD台架试验中都表现出良好的高/低温分散性能。
A high molecular weight polyisobutenyl succinimide dispersant with high nitrogen content and good thermal and oxidative stabilities was developed. The preparation procedure was alkylation of polyisobutylene with succinic anhydride in the presence of chlorine to form polyisobutenyl succinic anhydride first, and was succeeded by the acylation reaction with tetraethylenepentamine. The products from laboratory, pilot plant and commercial test all showed good high/low temperature dispersity performance in MS sequence ⅤD and ⅢD engine tests.
