摘要
对-35号轻柴油馏分用PA和PB催化剂在实验室进行了加氢工艺条件的研究。探讨了反应温度、压力、空速和氢油比对铝材冷轧基础油脱硫率和脱芳烃率的影响规律,并且找出了适宜的工艺条件,当压力10.0MPa,空速1.0h-1,氢油比500∶1时,一段反应温度300℃,二段反应温度200℃。在此条件下能生产出含硫0.0003%、芳烃0.4%的铝材冷轧润滑剂基础油,为工业生产装置提供了依据。
?diesel fuel hydrogenation conditions over Mo/Ni catalyst for preparing low sulfur and low aromatics base oil of aluminum cold pressing lubricant were investigated. The influence of reaction temperature, pressure, space velocity and hydrogen to oil ratio was discussed and the optimum operating conditions, under a pressure of 10.0Mpa, a space velocity of 1.0/hr and a hydrogen/oil ratio of 500/1, a temperature of 300 ℃ for first stage reaction and a temperature of 200 ℃ for second stage, were selected. The said base oil can be produced with a sulfur content of 0.0003% and an aromatics content of 0.4%, and the optimum operating conditions are proposed to use in the commercial unit.
