股方肌蒂转子骨瓣移植治疗股骨颈骨折的应用现状

Treatment of Femoral Neck Fractures in Young Patients with Bone Grafting of Quadratus Femoris Muscle

股骨颈骨折因易发生骨不连和股骨头缺血性坏死,治疗上常常难以收到理想的效果。一直是骨科的一个相对辣手的难题。老年人股骨颈骨折无禁忌证,可选择人工全髋关节置换,关键是中青年患者,如何保留原有股骨头,促进股骨颈骨折愈合。股方肌蒂转子骨瓣移植并空心加压螺纹钉固定术治疗青中年股骨颈骨折操作方便,固定牢靠,并发症少,是目前治疗青中年股骨颈骨折理想方法。本文就股方肌蒂转子骨瓣移植治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效、治疗机制和影响该术式的相关因素作一综述。

Femoral neck fractures often lead to nonunion and femur head necrosis.The effect of treatment is often unsatisfactory.It is always a difficult problem for orthopedics doctor.For old people,if they had the femoral neck fractures without contraindications,total hip replacement can be chosen.However,for middle-aged and young people,how to preserve caput ossis femoris and promote bone healing is the key point.The treatment of femoral neck fractures in middle-aged and young patients with bone grafting of quadratus femoris muscle is easy to operate,the internal fixation is stable,with fewer complications.At present it is an ideal treatment for femoral neck fractures in middle-aged and young patients.Clinical efficacy,therapeutic mechanism and effect of the treatment of femoral neck fractures in middle-aged young patients with bone grafting of quadratus femoris muscle is discussed in this paper.
