摘要
为揭示影响拟南芥分布的主要生物因素,本研究对塔尔巴哈台山南麓拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)生存群落内16个主要物种做种间联结性分析,结果表明:物种总体联结方差比率为1.474,表现为显著正联结。其中有65.83%的种对表现出正关联,余下表现为负关联;χ2检验为显著或极显著关联的种对有35对,其中正关联26对,负关联9对;有77.5%的种对关联强度指数(OI)<0.6,χ2检验联结性多不显著;优势种对间的OI值基本都>0.6,多为显著或极显著正联结。去势对应分析表明,主要优势种都聚集在排序图中央,种间联结紧密,而次要种则零散于其周缘,连接性较弱。16个物种分成2个生态种组,但组间界限不明显。拟南芥与群落主要优势种关系密切,对其依赖性较强,表明群落优势种是影响拟南芥生存分布的主要生物因素。
Sixteen main species in A.thaliana communities in southern foot of the Tarbagatai Mountain were chosen to analyze the interspecific correlations by using a series of methods,in order to explore the main biologic factors effecting A.thaliana distribution.The results showed that the overall association of communities was 1.474,indicating that the relationship among sixteen populations was positive significantly.65.83% of 120 species pairs showed positive correlation,while the others were negative.26 species pairs showed significant or very significant positive correlation in a total of 35 species pairs and the nine remaining species pairs showed significant or very significant negative correlation in χ^2 test.The Ochiai values of 77.5% species pairs were less than 0.6 which were almost no significant by χ^2 test,but the values among main dominant species were more than 0.6,and showed significant or very significant mostly.The detrended correspondence analysis(DCA) indicated that the main dominant species gathered in the centre of the ordination figure with close association,and the secondary species scattered in the surrounding with weak association.Sixteen species can be divided into two ecological species groups with not very evident inter-group distinction.A.thaliana was closely related to the main dominant species in the communities,and it was strongly dependent on them,it showed these species were the dominant biological factors affecting the existence and distribution of A.thaliana.
