胰腺导管内乳头状瘤的CT影像特点分析

Intraductal papillary mucinous tumors of pancreas:Analysis on their CT imaging features

目的探讨胰腺导管内乳头状瘤的CT影像特点,旨在提高影像诊断符合率。方法回顾分析手术病理证实的10例胰腺导管内乳头状瘤的CT表现,其中男6例,女4例;平均年龄63.2岁。术前10例均行CT平扫及增强检查,4例行MR检查。结果 CT检查发现胰腺头部囊实性混合肿块8例,胰腺体尾部混合肿块2例,肿块最大直径约1.8~5.1cm,增强后表现为不均匀强化。结论胰腺导管内乳头状瘤在CT上的特点,有助于该病的诊断和治疗,从而为决定手术时机和（或）手术方式提供依据。

Objective To evaluate the CT features of intraductal papillary mucinous tumors of pancreas （IPMT） in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods The CT appearances were analyzed retrospectively in 10 patients with pathologically proved IPMT. There were 6 men and 4 women,with the mean age of 63.2 years. CT was performed in all 10 cases; MR was undertaken in 4. Results CT demonstated the cystic and solid lesions in the head of pancreas in 8 cases and 2 masses in the other sites of pancreas. The diameter arranged from 1.8cm to 5.1cm.Inhomogeneous enhancement was revealed in contrasted CT. Conclusion Certain CT features may sugguest the diagnosis of IPMT of the the pancreas,and is helpful to develop treatment planning,which provides an important evidence for differentiating the biological types of IPMT and helps surgeons on their decision of surgical planning.
