磁共振波谱在低剂量放射治疗颞叶癫痫中的定位作用

摘要 目的评价磁共振波谱(MRS)在低剂量放射治疗海马硬化致颞叶癫痫中的定位作用。方法选择病程在2年以上、经过系统的药物治疗、效果差或无效患者29例,对双侧海马结构区域行MRS检查定位癫痫病灶,行低剂量放射治疗。参考Wieser癫痫外科手术疗效分类法进行疗效判定。结果 29例患者中13例治愈占45%,9例有效占31%,7例无效占24%,治愈和有效共22例,总有效率为76%。结论本组大部分患者疗效评价满意,MRS作为一种无创的检查方法,能为低剂量放射治疗颞叶癫痫提供一定的定位帮助。 Objective To explore orientating role of MRS in low-dose radiotherapy for idiopathic temporal lobe epilepsy. Method Twenty-nine patients who could still not recovered after drug therapy were examined by MRS at bilateral hippocampus areas so as to locate lesion, then to perform low-dose radiotherapy. According to the wieser classification for the efficacy of epilepsy surgery their curative effect was evaluated. Result Thirteen cases were cured(45%), 9 were of effectiveness(31%), 7 were of inefficiency(24%). Conclusion The effectiveness of low-dose radiotherapy is satisfactory in most of the patients in the research. As a non-invasive examination, MRS is helpful to location of low-dose radiotherapy at temporal lobe epilepsy.
