摘要
在不确定环境下,讨论了两级供应链中供应商管理库存模式的基本结构,分析了供应链成员的最优决策。在此基础上,引入两次生产和两次补货模式,分析了供应链成员最优决策的变化。比较分析了集成供应模式与供应链分散情形下最优决策的差异,并引入收益分享契约来优化供应链的性能。讨论了缺货惩罚费用对供应链决策的影响。通过算例对结论进行了说明。
The basic structure of Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI)in two-echelon supply chain was discussed,and the optimal decisions of supply chain members were analyzed under demand uncertainty.Then twice production and ordering mode was introduced,and changes of the members' optimal decisions were analyzed.Differences in optimal decisions under an integrated supply chain and under a decentralized supply chain were compared and analyzed.A revenue-sharing contract was introduced to optimize the performance of the supply chain under VMI.And impacts of unmet demand punishment on supply chain's optimal decisions were also discussed.Finally,the conclusion was demonstrated by a numerical example.
