文章描述了碳钢材质的氧化反应器汽包壁在145~160℃高温的弱酸住类低压锅炉水介质中的电化学腐蚀,汽包与不锈钢之间的电偶腐蚀及冲刷腐蚀情况,对腐蚀的原因、机理进行了分析,并提出了切实有效的防护措施.
Here described were the electrochemical corrosion of carbon steel steam drum wall of oxidation reactor in 145~160 oC weak alkaline low pressure boiler water service, galvanic corrosion between steam drum and stainless steel and erosion corrosion. The corrosion causes and mechanisms were analyzed and effective protection measures were presented. The unit operation was improved and good economic benefits were achieved.
