摘要
目的:研制一种采用计算机控制的立式医用低温冷冻离心机。方法:将自动控制技术、电子和计算机技术相结合,通过控制变频器和压缩机,对电动机的转速和温度进行自动调节。结果:系统由单片机控制电路构成,具有自适应反馈控制功能,对电动机转速、温度采用闭环控制;仪器具有上电自检、失衡报警、蜂鸣器提示、压缩机工作状态指示和自动开关门等功能。结论:系统分离效果好、振动小、噪声低,适用于在低温或室温环境中将溶液中的溶质与溶剂分离。
Objective To develop a medical refrigerated centrifuge controlled by microprocessor.Methods Cybernation,electronics and computer technique were used.The automatic adjustment of the electric motor rotate speed and temperature was realized by controlling the frequency converter and Compressor.Results The system consisted of the control circuit by Microcontroller,which had the functions such as real-time feedback,closed-cycle control of the rotate speed and temperature,alarm and real-time protection,self-checking and automatic door,etc.Conclusion The system is applicable for separating solute from solvents in a low or room temperature.It has a good separating effect,low noise and small vibration.
