运用PB与Excel自动实现医院统计报表

Using of PB and Excel Automation to Realize Hospital Statstical Reports

目的:设计开发符合统计人员需求的PB程序,自动实现统计报表,提高工作效率。方法:通过对统计室日常报表需求的分析,在"军卫一号"信息系统、ORACLE数据库环境下,运用POWERBUILDER9.0开发工具结合EXCEL模板编写可自动生成报表的程序。结果:选取一段统计时间范围,程序自动计算出科室统计指标值,并准确、快速生成复杂的报表。结论:能够提高统计人员的工作效率和报表的准确性、减轻工作强度、降低办公成本。

Objective To design and develop the Power Builder（PB）program meeting the requirements of statisticians,which can automatically realize the statistics and improve the statistical efficiency.Methods With the analysis of the real requirements of daily working statistics,in the existing hospital information system based on Oracle database,the PB program which could create the needed report automatically was developed,based on the existing Microsoft Excel template.Results This program could calculate the final results in terms of different statistical indexes in a specified arbitrary period,and build complex report rapidly and accurately.Conclusion This program developed by PB can improve the statistical efficiency and statistical accuracy,alleviate the workload,and reduce the working costs.
