摘要 目的:分析比较X线发生器实际峰值电压和平均峰值电压在实际测量工作中的差异。方法:采用相同的管电压波形数据改变测试设备测量参数设置和采样率分别计算不同测试条件下的实际峰值电压和平均峰值电压。结果:改变测试设备参数设置同一管电压波形数据平均峰值电压最大差异为0.8kV,实际峰值电压可以保持不变。改变采样率平均峰值电压变化差异小于0.3kV,实际峰值电压变化差异小于0.03kV。结论:实际峰值电压测量准确性和稳定性高于平均峰值电压测量,极具临床应用价值。 Objective To analyze and compare the variation for practical peak voltage(PPV)and mean peak voltage of X-ray generator.Methods The same tube voltage waveform data was used to calculate practical peak voltage and mean peak voltage with different set-up parameters and sampling rates of test equipment.Results With changed set-up parameters,the variation for mean peak voltage was less than 0.8KV,and the practical peak voltage can be maintained.With changed sampling rate,the variation for mean peak voltage was less than 0.3KV,while it was less than 0.03KV for PPV.Conclusion PPV measurement has higher accuracy and stability than mean peak voltage measurement,which is of high importance in the quality control for diagnostic radiology.
