摘要
目的:探讨健康教育单在PICC置管老年患者中的应用。方法:将90例PICC置管老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组使用健康教育单对患者进行健康宣教,对照组采用口头式的健康宣教。观察两组患者的心理焦虑状况、术后并发症的发生情况及患者对健康教育的满意度情况。结果:与对照组比较观察组患者心理焦虑状况明显改善(P<0.05)、术后并发症明显减少(P<0.05)、患者对健康教育的满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:使用健康教育单对PICC置管老年患者进行健康宣教,能明显提高健康教育的质量和效果,有效保证了护理质量。
Objective : To evaluate the effect of health education leaflet on elderly patients with PICC catheterization. Methods: 90 elderly patients with PICC catheterization were randomly divided into observation and control groups (45 cases for each group ). The health education leaflet was adopted to the patients in the observation group and oral style of health education was taken in the control group. The anxiety of the patients, the incidence of postoperative complications and patients' satisfaction with health education were observed in both groups. Results : The anxiety of the patients in the observation group was evidently eased compared with that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05) ; postoperative complications decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05) ; patients' satisfaction with health education significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Health education leaflet can significantly improve the quality and effectiveness of health education and effectively ensure the quality of nursing care in the health education for the elderly patients with PICC catheterization.
