Survey on psychological state of family members of the patients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨精神分裂症患者家属的心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法:应用自制的一般情况调查表及症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查了126名精神分裂症住院患者的家属,应用SPSS中的logistic回归进行分析。结果:被调查中有99名家属SCL-90总分>160,焦虑、抑郁、烦躁等负性情绪的出现与患者家属的年龄、患者住院的次数、患者的家庭收入和患者家属对精神分裂症相关知识的了解有关。结论:患者家属的年龄越大,家庭收入越低,以及对疾病知识了解越少,家属越容易出现心理问题。

Objective ： To investigate the psychological state of family members of the patients with schizophrenia and its influencing factors. Methods ： Self - designed questionnaire and Symptom Checklist （ SCL - 90 ） was used to conduct a survey on 126 family members of the hospitalized patients with schizophrenia and the results were analyzed by logistic regression of SPSS. Results： The total scores of SCL -90 of 99 family members who were investigated were more than 160. Anxiety, depression, irritability and other negative emotions of family members had something to do with the age of family members, times of hospitalization of the patients, family income and family members＇ knowledge of schizophrenia. Conclusion ： The family members are prone to psychological problems if they are older, family income is lower and they have less knowledge about the disease.
