海南与东、中、西部地区经济竞争力的比较研究

Comparative Research on Economic Competitiveness between Hainan and Eastern, Central and Western Regions

文章构建了区域经济竞争力评价模型，并应用该模型对海南及我国东、中、西部地区各省的经济竞争力进行比较分析。指出海南省由于科技竞争力不足、工业发展相对滞后、产业结构不尽合理、人才较为短缺等原因，造成了经济竞争力相对偏弱。同时，提出了调整产业结构。实施全新人才战略等解决对策。

This thesis constructs the evaluation model for regional competiveness to make a comparative research and analysis on the economic competitiveness between Hainan and eastern, central and western regions and then figures out that Hainan, owing to lack of competitiveness, lagging of industrial development, irrationality of industrial structure, and lack of talents, etc, has comparatively weaker economic competitiveness. Meanwhile, this thesis gives out the measure for adjusting industrial structure and carrying on new talents strategy.
