摘要
国际旅游岛建设离不开旅游文化建设。包括海南饮食旅游文化建设。本文从五个方面来反映海南饮食旅游文化，一是从四大名菜的文化风味特色方面；二是从地方饮食风味的文化特色方面；三是从野菜文化的食疗价值方面；四是从海南食俗象征方面；五是从海南饮食食礼方面。
The construction of International Island cannot live with the construction of tourism culture, including food culture. This thesis introduces Hainan food culture from the following five aspects： first, the flavor of the famous four dishes; second, the characters of local diet; third, the curing value of wild vegetable; fourth, symbols of food custom; fifth, table manner in Hainan.
