Construction of International Island and the Development of Hainan Tropical Leisure Agriculture

国际旅游岛建设上升为国家战略，海南的热带休闲农业由此也将迎来一个前所未有的机遇。海南发展热带休闲农业占有天时地利，目前也已具雏形。但也存在认识重视程度不够，缺乏引导和扶持、投入不足、产品开发落后、规划立法管理滞后、宣传促销不力、专业人才匮乏等问题。因此，必须采取以下相应对策加以推进：深化认识，乘势而为；科学规划，有序推进；彰显特色，打造精品；加强扶持，规范管理；强化教育，培养专才；加大投入，加强促销。

The construction of International Island has been promoted as domestic s and the tropical leisure agriculture in Hainan has met with an unperceiving chance. It trategy is just the time that helps the development of tropical culture. But the problems still exists, such as the lack of emphasis and recognition, introduction and support, lack of investment, products development, planning and legislating, promotion and talents, etc. Therefore, the following suggestions come to being： to deepen recognition for the right moment; to plan scientifically and push orderly; to specify characters and build quality; to improve support and management; to cultivate talents and their quality; to increase investment and promotion.
