摘要
目的:观察激光照射对瘤鼠瘤组织内肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)及肿瘤坏死因子受体(TNFR)的影响。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验及受体吸附试验分别测定瘤组织内TNF及TNFR和可溶性TNFR(STNFR)的含量。结果:激光照射组小鼠瘤组织内TNF活性明显增强,TNFR表达量增多,瘤细胞增殖率降低,与对照组相比有高度显著性差异(P<001)。结论:氦氖激光具有增强带瘤小鼠机体TNF活性并促进TNFR表达的作用。
Objective:To observe the changes in levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and TNF receptor(TNFR) in mice with tumor.Methods:The contents of TNF,TNFR and STNFR were determined in tumor tissure and tumor culture liquid by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and ligand receptor binding assay.Results:TNF and TNFR in tumor tissure and tumor culture liquid in irradiation groups were significantly increased in amount as compared with control groups ( P <0 01) Conclusion:He Ne laser not only enhances the level of TNF,but also promotes the expression of TNFR.
