参麦注射液在肺癌综合治疗中的临床价值

The clinical value of Shenmai injection in the treatment of lung cancer

目的:探讨参麦注射液在肺癌综合治疗中的临床价值。方法:将52例肺癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各26例。对照组采用外科手术或介入治疗并联合化疗的方法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上,应用中成药参麦注射液治疗。观察两组的临床疗效及治疗后免疫系统指标的改善情况。结果:治疗组有效率为34.62%,对照组为23.08%,治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组患者治疗后外周免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA及IgM明显高于对照组;白细胞总数、血浆补体C3、C4明显低于对照组。结论:应用参麦注射液在肺癌术后化疗等综合治疗中,能够提高患者的免疫功能,提高疗效,减少毒副作用。

Objective：To explore the clinical value of Shenmai injection in combined treatment of lung cancer.Methods：52 cases of lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group were treated by surgical or interventional treatment and cure of MDT.Treatment group were given treatment based on the application of traditional Chinese medicine Shenmai injection.Observed the clinical efficacy and treatment improvements in indicators of immune system.Results：Effective rate was 34.62% in treatment group,control group was 23.08%.The treatment group was better than that of the control group.After treatment,immunolobulin IgG,IgA and IgM of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group.WBC,plasma complement C3,C4 of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion：Shenmai injection in lung cancer chemotherapy after comprehensive treatment can improve the immune function of patients,improve efficacy,reduce side effects.
