经喉罩全凭静脉麻醉在小儿短小手术中的应用

目的:观察经喉罩全凭静脉麻醉在小儿短小手术中的使用效果及安全性。方法:选择美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级行择期手术的患儿60例,年龄2～10岁,经静脉用药诱导后,置入喉罩。术毕吸痰,拔出喉罩。结果:60例患儿喉罩均成功置入,第1次置罩成功率为91.7%,第2次置罩成功率为100%。麻醉过程平稳,术中患儿无体动,无呼吸道堵塞、喉痉挛及胃内容物反流、误吸等并发症。术后患儿生命体征平稳,平均睁眼时间为(83.6±9.7)min,术后24h有2例出现呕吐,无一例出现咽喉疼痛和呼吸困难等不良反应。结论:经喉罩全凭静脉麻醉具有诱导平稳、迅速,术中镇静、镇痛完善,术后安全、平稳等优点,可安全有效地应用于临床麻醉工作中。

Objective：To observe the safety and efficacy of laryngeal mask（LMA） used in general anesthesia of children.Methods：Sixty pediatric patients aged 2 to 10 years old were inserted LMA after induced by intravenous infusion.We pulled out the LMA when the operation ended.Results：60 cases of children with laryngeal mask were successfully placed 1st with the success rate of 91.7%,2nd with 100% success rate.Anesthesia was smooth,no movement in children with surgery,no respiratory tract obstruction,laryngospasm,and aspiration of gastric contents reflux complications.Children with stable vital signs after surgery,the average time of eye opening was（83.6±9.7） min,after 24 h,two patients had vomiting,no patient developed adverse reactions,such as throat pain and breathing difficulties.Conclusion：The LMA induction of General intravenous anesthesia with rapid sedation analgesia,safe and stable canbe applicated in clinical anesthesia work.
