脊髓型颈椎病手术治疗53例临床总结

Surgical Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy in 53 Patients

１９９２年１１月～１９９６年８月手术治疗脊髓型颈椎病５３例。优良率９２４％。手术方法包括颈前、后方减压及椎板成形术。前路手术适于Ｃ３，４以下１～２个椎间病变的减压。广泛椎板切除可致鹅颈畸形及晚期脊髓损害。

patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy had been treated.from Nov.1992 to Aug.1996,The excellent-good rate was 92 4%.The operative methods included anterior decompression,posterior decompression,and laminoplasty.The anterior approach is suitable for decompression of 1-2 intervertebral lesion below C 3,4 .The extensive laminectomy might induce swan-neck deformity and late spinal cord injury.The improved single open-door laminoplasty with spinous process supporting and bone grafting to enlarge spinal canal and the double open-door laminoplasty with bone grafing to enlarge spinal canal are more practical.
