摘要
线粒体通透性转换孔(PT)的分子结构目前尚不清楚。最新研究表明,线粒体磷酸盐载体作为线粒体载体家族中的一类,是PT的重要组成,而亲环蛋白D,电压依赖性离子通道与腺嘌呤核苷酸转位酶则参与PT开放的调节。PT开放与细胞凋亡密切相关,但近年来的研究表明,二者之间并不存在必然关联。现针对PT与磷酸盐载体及与凋亡等之间的关系进行综述。
To today,the structure of mitochondrial permeability transition pore( PT) is a puzzle. Recently the mitochondrial phosphate carrier which belongs to a part of mitochondrial carriers′ family,is supposed to be the main component part of PT. While the cyclophilin,adeninenucleotide translocase and voltage-depend- ent anion channel are modulators of the opening of the mitochondrial permeability transition pore. PT is closely associated with the cell apoptosis. But there are no inevitable relationship between them. So to discuss the relationships among the mitochondrial permeability transition pore,the mitochondrial phosphate carrier and cell apoptosis.
