摘要 哺乳类动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)是一种重要的信号转导分子,能够控制多种生物酶的产生和活化。mTOR通过上游和下游信号转导通路,调制细胞生长增殖、基因的翻译和转录,影响神经突触的生长和突触可塑性的形成,与记忆形成和巩固有着密切关系。 The mammalian target of rapamycin ( mTOR) ,a serine-threonine protein kinase of the phosphatidylinositol kinase-related kinase ( PIKK) family,acts as a downstream mediator of PI3K/Akt pathway,modulating cell growth and proliferation and involved in the gene transcription. Recent data have also shown that mTOR is necessary for the synthesis of protein at the late phase of LTP and plays an important role in the formation and consolidation of memory.
