儿童注意缺陷多动障碍研究进展

Research Progress on the Children′s Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)是一种好发于学龄儿童的行为障碍综合征,严重影响到患儿的学习、生活,受到家长和社会的广泛重视。目前对该病的诊断多采用量表和问卷,缺乏客观性。从ADHD的病因和发病机制、临床诊断及神经成像等方面对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍研究进展进行回顾及综述,为ADHD的早期诊断及有效治疗开辟一条崭新的途径。

Attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder is a behavioral disorder syndrome found mainly in school-age population. It has the critical effects on the patients′ study and work. So it arouses widespread concerns from the parents and the society. Nowadays,most doctors use inventories and questionnaires to diagnosis this disease with less objectivity though. This article reviews and summarizes the current research progress on attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder in etiology,pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis and neuroimaging technology,and opens a brand-new way for the early diagnosis and effective treatment of ADHD.
