摘要
疾病本身、麻醉或手术的影响、重症监护病房(ICU)的治疗环境、危重症患者的治疗措施(如机械通气、血液透析、气管插管等)及患者的心理因素等诸多原因,会导致其不适和躁动,影响治疗和恢复,因此对患者实施适度镇静已成为ICU不可缺少的一部分。脑电双频指数(BIS)是一种监测麻醉镇静和深度的指标,它也可应用于ICU患者的镇静监测。现综述关于BIS监测重症患者的镇静深度的研究进展。
Diseases,anesthesia or surgical incisions,environment of intensive care unit,treatment of critically ill patients（ e. g. mechanical ventilation,hemodialysis,trachea cannula,et al） and psychological factor of patients are all potential sources of agitation for patients. Therfore,moderate sedation is an important component of the treatment of critically ill patients. Bispectral index is used to monitor depth of anesthesia generally,and it also can be used to monitor sedation of critically ill patients. This article reviews the research of BIS in monitor the situation of sedation in ICU.
