东南沿海制造业企业内迁的动因与阻力

Motivations and Resistances in the Inland Movement of the Southeast Coastal Manufacturing Enterprises

2008年以来,我国东南沿海制造业企业受金融危机的影响开始纷纷选择内迁。本文总结了企业内迁的背景和现状,对企业内迁的动因进行了研究,发现劳动力及土地成本的上升是企业内迁的重要动因,最终研究了企业内迁存在的阻力。

Since 2008, China＇s southeast coastal manufacturing enterprises began to move inland under the influences of financial crisis. This paper generalizes the background and the present situations of these enterprises＇ inland movement, with a focus on their motivations, ever-rising labor and land costs being the chief ones. Finally, this paper studies the resistances met by theses manufacturing enterprises in their inland movement process.
