社会公平正义是社会稳定的基础,社会公平是构建和谐社会、和谐世界的需要。体育不公平现象,有悖于竞技体育和全民健身的发展规律,不利于体育事业的发展。体育权利、机会、目标的公平可以为社会公平贡献一分力量;体育是培养世界公民素质的需要,在当今全球化的过程中,通过培养世界公民能更好促进社会公平。体育课程要进一步认识体育权利、机会、目标公平的内涵,推动学生成为具有社会公平意识的个体。高校体育不仅要通过弘扬发展传统体育,构建民族意识和文化认同感,还要在培养社会主义主流价值观下的多元文化宽容和全球视野指引下,从促进社会公平角度,加强体育课程的改革建设。

Physical education courses in universities should further the understanding of sports rights, opportunities and goals, and strengthen social fairness awareness among students. Physical education in universities should, under the guidance of socialist mainstream value system, not only promote development of traditional sports, construct nationalistic consciousness and cultural identity, enhance tolerance of cultural multiplicity within a global vision but also further the reforms of physical education courses from the perspective social fairness improvements.
