摘要
本文通过对藏獒(雌性13条,雄性5条)16项血液学参数的测定分析,发现雌雄藏獒除了在中性粒细胞百分数及其绝对值上有差异外,其它血液学参数均无显著性差异。藏獒与其它品种犬相比较,在白细胞分类、血红蛋白量、红细胞比积、红细胞平均血红蛋白、血小板总数等方面有显著性差异。初步认为这些差异是藏獒适应高寒低氧环境的结果.也是藏獒实现适应高原低氧环境的独特方式。此研究结果将为高原医学动物实验和藏獒疾病的防治提供基础数据。
In this paper 16 kinds blood parameters were detected in 18 Tibetan mastiffs (female 13 and male 5). The results showed that there were no significant differences in most of the blood parameters between male and female Tibetan mastiffs except the percentage and absolute value of neutral granu1ar cells. However,there were some significant differences showed among the leukocyte classification,hemogIobin quantities,hematocrit,average hemoglobin of erythrocyte aRd the total numbers of platelet in Tibetan mastiffs compared with the other species of dogs. It is considered that these differences may be concerned with the Tibetan mastiffs adaptation to high altitude,cold weather and hypoxia. This result will provide a basic data for animal experiment at plateau and the method of how to control the diseases of Tbetan mastiffs.
