摘要
以抱茎獐牙菜(SwertiafranchetianaH.Smith)茎、叶为外植体,在MS+3my/L2,4-D+0.5mg/LBA培养基上进行培养,茎、叶出愈率分别为100%和80.4%。愈伤组织继代培养于MS+2mg/L2,4-D+0.5mg/LBA培养基上生长旺盛。愈伤组织转入分化培养基MS+2mg/LBA上培养,其中48.7%形成体细胞胚。体细胞胚在无激素MS培养基上发育成苗。
Callus of Swertia franchetiana H. Smith was initiated from the stem and the leaf on MS medium supplemented with 3mg/L2. 4-D and 0. 5mg/L BA. Induction frequencies of callus were 100% and 8 0. 4 % respectively. Somaticembreyos were formed well on MS medium containing 2 mg / L BA. 48. 7% Callus produced somatic embryos. It developed into complete plants on hormonfree MS medium.
