摘要
以醋酸钴、WC粉和氨水为原料,以蒸馏水作为反应溶剂进行化学反应,反应物经氢气还原制得钨钴混合料,最后制得硬质合金,并与传统工艺制得的合金进行性能比较。结果表明,XRD图谱显示实验反应生成物是钴氧化物前驱体,面分析图谱显示新工艺制备的混合料元素分布更均匀,细碎WC颗粒更少,新工艺制备的硬质合金密度及硬度变化不大,强度提高了318N/mm2,韧性提高了0.2N·m/cm2。
Cobalt acetate, WC powder and ammonia were used as raw materials, distilled water was used as reaction solvent for chemical reactions, then the mixture of WC and Co was made from the reactant by hydrogen reduction, finally the cemented carbide was produced and the properties was compared with the alloys produced by traditional process. The results show that the reaction product is a cobalt oxide precursor, which is proved by XRD analysis. The element distribution is more uniform and there are less broken WC particles in the tungsten-cobalt mixture prepared by the new process, whereas the density and hardness of the alloys change little. The strength and toughness of the alloys increase by 318 N/mm^2 and 0.2 N. m/cm^2, respectively.
