Based on studying of the need of human resource configuration optimization method in the workshop of batch assembly line,a new optimization model is put forward.And then,the building and operating of procedure model are researched.At last a case demonstrates that the method is efficient and promising,and provides a new idea for human resource configuration optimization method in the workshop of batch assembly line.
