摘要
圆筒初清筛是粮食及饲料加工厂常用的粒料除杂设备。传统的设计方法是利用二维图形来表达三维信息,非常抽象且不便于修改。该研究利用Pro/E对圆筒初清筛各组成零件进行三维建模和虚拟装配。设计人员可以直观地观察和分析其外形、零件间的相互位置关系,且便于修改尺寸,既简化设计过程,且改善视觉效果,提高了设计效率。
Drum precleaner is commonly used for purifying granular material in cereals and feed processing factory.The traditional design used two-dimensional drawings to express three-dimension information which is abstract and difficult to be modified.This research utilized Pro/E to make three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly for the drum precleaner.Designers can intuitively observe and analyse its shape,location relationship of the parts and easily modify dimension.It can simplify the design processing,improve the visual effect and heighten design efficiency.
