摘要
旋挖钻机是工程机械行业中机电液一体化的施工设备。在分析电气控制系统基础上,重点对于系统从设计方案、信号采集与处理、硬件配置和电气控制程序流程设计等几个方面进行电气控制设计研究,对旋挖钻机回转系统电气设计具有一定的参考意义。
The rotating drill is popular with mechanical-electrical-hydraulic in construction machinery.Based on analysis of electrical control,the project design,signal sampling and processing,hardware configure and electrical control program of the whole system is presented in this paper.The study may provide some references for the further design of the electrical control of the rotating drill.
