轴流风机油路长周期运行的实现

Realization of long period runs of oil way in axial fan

针对轴流风机在使用过程中油路严重腐蚀,风机长周期运行受到影响的问题,从腐蚀机理和油路工作环境出发,分析了风机油路腐蚀的原因,得出湿热水汽和干湿交替的大气环境导致油路腐蚀的结论。经过探索,实现了风机油路的长周期运行。

Aiming at the problem which affects the long period run of axial fan caused by the oil way rusted seriously while axial fan operating in cooling tower,based on the oil way work condition and rust mechanism,the rust reason is analyzed and the conclusion is that the hot water vapor air and dry wet air exchange to produce the rust,after practice,the long period running of oil way in axial fan is realized.
