摘要
考虑到发动机怠速工况具有明显的非线性、时变性和不确定性,难以建立精确的数学模型,笔者以80C196KC单片机为控制器,采用模糊控制和PID控制相结合的方法,充分发挥两者的优点,开发PID-Fuzzy怠速控制系统,该系统同时具有比例、积分、微分及模糊控制的特点。与原机怠速控制对比试验表明:该系统具有更好的冷却水温适应性、怠速转速波动稳定性、稳态恢复迅速性。
As the engine idle condition is significant non-linear,time varying and uncertain,it's difficult to establish a precise mathematical model.Using 80C196KC single-chip microcomputer as controller,combining the ideas of fuzzy control with PID control,giving full play merits of the two ideas,we developed PID-Fuzzy Idle Speed Control system,which has the characteristics of proportion,integral,differential and fuzzy control.Compared with the idle control of original machine tests,the system has a better adaptability of cooling water temperature,idle speed fluctuations and steady-state recovery.
