摘要
基于多体动力学分析软件,分析了柴油机转速边界条件对仿真结果的影响,改进转速边界条件的施加,并通过计算柴油机机械效率、不同工况下瞬时转速特性曲线对比、模拟过渡工况以及某缸发火异常等验证了该方法的正确性。通过该方法可以方便得到任意工况下的瞬时转速波动特性曲线,为以后仿真应用奠定基础。
In the foundation of the software of dynamic analysis of mechanical systems,analyze the impact of different speed boundary condition to the results,improve the method of adding speed boundary condition.The correctness of the method is proved by calculating the mechanical efficiency,comparing the characteristic curve about transient speed at different working status,simulating transitional working status,and simulating something wrong with certain cylinder.The characteristic curve of transient speed can be easily found by using this method,and it provides the basis for the following simulation and application.
