摘要
本文基于26国合作进行的"学术职业变革"国际调查的中国大陆调查数据,对影响学术职业者流动倾向的各因素进行统计分析,并采用Logistic回归分析测度各因素对学术职业流动倾向的贡献程度。结论是人口统计学特征、教师的个性特征、工作满意度等对学术职业者职业流动倾向具有显著影响,所在学校声望、工作压力和教师收入等对学术职业者职业流动倾向的影响并不显著。
Based on the survey of "Academic Profession Transformation —China's Mainland" ,this article analyzes the main factors influencing scholars' profession mobility. It also provides how much each factor accounts for the total variance of professional mobility. The survey data is composed of 26 countries,but the current study only picks the data from China's Mainland. The study concludes that demographic factors,personality,as well we job satisfaction significantly influence the faculty's profession mobility. University reputation,working pressure,and income factors are not significant factors when it comes to academic profession mobility.
