摘要
目的评价810nm半导体激光的近期脱毛效果。方法观察213例,采用半导体激光脱毛仪,波长810nm,光斑直径12mm×10mm,能量密度值10J/cm2,分区域采用统一方案脱毛操作技术(连续发射快速移动技术),记录患者的肤色、脱毛部位、毛发类型、脱毛次数及毛发密度(根/cm2)等。结果 156例随访者均取得满意疗效。3次累计脱毛率四肢腋窝组最高,躯干面颊组居中,嘴唇组最低,分别为(84.24±5.94)%、(67.88±7.67)%和(54.94±7.18)%。3组接受治疗次数呈相反变化趋势,分别为(3.95±0.76)次、(4.33±0.83)次和(4.78±0.74)次。黑棕色细毛组与黑色粗毛组比较,达到80%脱毛率所需的次数明显增多,分别为(5.21±0.78)次和(4.12±0.84)次。各组间比较有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 810nm半导体激光脱毛疗效确切,与国内报道的800nm激光脱毛效果相似。脱毛效果同治疗次数呈正相关,不同治疗部位达到满意脱毛效果所需的治疗次数有显著差异。运用统一参数、连续发射快速移动技术可适合大多数人,是一种安全、有效。
Objective Our purpose was to evaluate the efficacy of cosmetic hair removal using diode laser system with 810nm pulse width. Methods We followed up 156 of 213 patients who underwent treatment. The skin type,area treated,hair type,number of treatments received,postprocedure hair density were recorded and analyzed. Results The majority of patients achieved 80% hair reduction after 3-6 treatments. Hair reduction rate after 3 treatments were significantly different between every two groups. It were limbs group(84.24±5.94)%,trunk group(67.88±7.67) % and mouth group(54.94±7.18)% separately(P0.05 or 0.01). There more required treatment times in dark and big strong hair group(5.21±0.78) followed by fuscous and thin group(4.12±0.84),P0.01. Conclusion Diode-laser system with 810nm pulse width is a safe,well-tolerated procedure for hair removal. Our patient satisfaction is comparable to previous studies in the literature.The unified laser parameters,consequently emission and the rapid moving techniques is suitable for most of the patients,and our methods is a safe,effective,convenient hair removal procedure.
