摘要
改善材料的血液相容性是高分子生物材料研究领域中重要的性能指标,而对材料进行表面改性又是这一环节中的关键。综述了抗凝血高分子材料的3种设计方法:生物化学表面改性、物理化学表面改性及表面形态改性。生物化学表面改性包括材料表面的接枝改性、引入生物活性物质、微相分离、内皮细胞化。物理化学表面改性包括等离子体表面改性、表面自组装分子层。材料的表面形态改性包括表面粗糙度的控制等。并总结了以上方法的研究进程及存在的问题。
Improving the blood-compatibility is the most important property with regard to polymeric biomaterial,and the surface modification is the key. Three design methods of surface modification on polymeric biomaterial are summarized,which are biochemistry surface modification,physical chemistry surface modification and surface conformation modification. First of all,the method of biochemistry surface modification is discussed,including surface graft modification,introducing bioactivity substances,micro-phase separation and endothelial cells seeding. Secondly,physical chemistry surface modification includes plasma surface modification,self-assembled monolayers. Thirdly,the surface conformation modification comprises control of the surface roughness. Additionally,the main procedures and questions of these methods are reviewed.
